Orders outside of the UK

We currently do not offer international delivery at our checkout, but if you would like us to send you a bespoke postage quote for your country of choice, email us at hello@colture.com.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days and applies to all brewing equipment and accessories. We cannot accept returns on coffee beans unless these are damaged in transport, or the wrong coffee was sent to you. We can’t offer a refund or exchange after these returns windows have elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you plan to return coffee equipment or accessories, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail it to: Colture, 82-83 Railway St, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS9 8HB.

If your return is valued over £30, you should consider using a trackable postage service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you receive either damaged or faulty items, or we sent you the wrong products in error, in which case we will reimburse your postage costs. In all other circumstances, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@colture.com and send your defective or damaged goods to: Colture, 82-83 Railway St, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS9 8HB.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again; if you’re still to receive your refund, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@colture.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
